A rebel at heart, I seek the extraordinary in the everyday. My expressive color palette includes Artist, Astrologer, Inner Work Guide, Author, Executive Leadership Coach, Sound Facilitator, and Singer/Songwriter. Having taught thousands of students worldwide, I work to inspire inner exploration in the realm of transpersonal psychology for self-discovery.
As a yoga teacher and eternal student for more than 20 years, my definition of "wellbeing" includes mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health and is a generative factor throughout all that I do. l am a lover of self-inquiry and the transmutation of energy from pain into that which is useful.
Nature and her medicine is a deep resource for me and a reflection of what is possible--which is Everything. Astrology is a language that helps me to understand why I do the things I do and how to change myself from the inside out. It is a radical skillset that I adore sharing with all of my clients to enhance their knowledge of self and the human condition. Currently, I am exploring New York City as my home base; forging ahead and surrendering as I go.
BACKGROUND AND EXPERTISE
Astrology found me at a very young age and I've been in deep study for over 20 years. It has been a lifeline for mapping out my psyche and an invitation to explore it with fervor. I am self-taught, a student of the Faculty of Astrological Studies in London, and an avid reader and psychonaut of the transpersonal realms. I chose Astrotherapy as a descriptive title for my work as the outcome is one of self-knowledge that supports personal transformation and growth. The stars mirror insight and provoke a dialogue that can take us deeper into the psyche; it is here that one can see what has been hidden, analyze it, initiate understanding, and learn how to transmute inner conflict and challenge, inspiring real change. Sound is a passion of my origin, meaning it is the impetus of all that I am. There is a powerful invitation within me to discover the vast and infinite realms of Self through sound. I am a certified vocal coach taught and inspired by the Brothers Koren and an emerging sound facilitator of the Tannous Method. Some day I will share a bigger vision that lives in my heart of creating a world destination to presence the experience of Being through sound.
Voice, my darlings, and the measure to which one embodies it is a spiritual path from my perspective. Frequency, tone, texture, range, sphere, influence, memory, healing…so. much. lives. in. the. voice. I am a singer and an eternal student with an insatiable curiosity and a yearning to express lifeforce through my voice. I’ve studied with world-renowned Opera Singers, high school Choir Teachers, Music Teachers in India, and Goddesses from Glastonbury. I’ve sung at the World-Singing Conference at Rudolph Steiner’s Goetheanum, and with the Planetary Choir of Universal Frequencies, the Brothers (Koren), LA Coaches, Producers, Little Children who love to sing, the Ferns & the Trees of Salt Spring Island, and to myself and those who can hear me on the streets of New York City. Executive Coaching is a natural marriage of my love for both psychology and business. I developed an Executive Theory program to enhance communication skills, resilience, commitment, fortitude, and innovation company-wide. Today I utilize astrology as a means of deepening the experience for executives and their teams called Organizational Astrotherapy based on self-inquiry, guiding principles, and servant leadership. As well, Aristotle's Nicomachean Ethics has inspired my work in Executive Theory as a way of forging leadership from within. My promise is to bring exceptional effort to every project and team I co-create with. From the production of large-scale events & leading teams toward excellence to creating in-depth educational curriculums, and full circle, my superpower is bringing the extraordinary to the everyday.
